Submitted my wife’s and I deployment orders 10 times over a month. And lines are still not suspended and devices aren’t paid off. Every time I call customer service they give me the run around or try to make me submit another request. Don’t trust ATT. File SCRA violations against them like I did.
At&t might literally have the worst customer service in the world... Call centers for USA services are outsourced to other countries, it's rare to encounter fluid English, the reps do not hesitate to hang up on issues they cannot resolve, and are more worried about call length than solving immediate issues... I cannot express enough how much I loathe their customer service team... They're unreliable and embarrassing to anyone selling their product.
