I came in the store today to resolve an issue and it was resolved. The lady helping me her name is Lexie she was awesome. She was very sweet, polite. She knows her stuff very well. Helped me out and took her time to answer questions to every within I asked. Also James was there very wonderful as well they helped me make a purchase on beats and gave me the pros and cons. I’m truly grateful for these two associates helping me . But I can say Lexie rules.

We were out of town on other business and navigated to the nearest AT&T store to replace my wife's phone. From the initial greeting to our departure, everyone at this location was fantastic to talk to and deal with. We specifically dealt with James. He was personable and informative, encouraging us to make decisions that were best for us. Even though it's a couple of hours away, we will keep doing business with this location and with James.
