I had the pleasure of working with Katy on getting my new phone and setting it up. She made an experience that is usually exhausting, an expectionally pleasurable one. All of my questions were answered and her level of customer service was exquisite and friendly.
The employee that helped us at the AT&T store named Lacy was amazing !!!! He is extremely knowledgeable, fast, smart and funny , he made our trip to the AT&T store fun :) And helped us with what we needed an went out of his way to take care of things and educate us on things that were available or that we haven't heard of yet, made sure we knew all current options. He is an A+ employee and I hope he gets the recognition that he so very much deserves.
AT&T is one of the most financially draining providers out there. They have horrific, horrific customer service both in store and via the phone. Incompetent on multiple levels. This particular store in Martinsville was by far one of the most ghetto stores I've been in. Filthy, unprofessional, store and staff.
