I would give this store a -5 if I could. My rep goes by the name of “SAM” I signed up end of July 2020. He was the only one working at the store Monday through Friday. I got an iPhone and it’s been a nightmare since. I originally ordered a silver iPhone and wasn’t able to arrive when promised by SAM. I needed a phone for work so I settled for a gold one since it’s available. This place is a mess. First of all they only took cash. So you had to give them cash to pay. Very fast service. I got prepaid service in 10 minutes. The sales representative Sam was helpful and friendly. Thank You Sam.
