Just left the store and a gentlemen with a long beard helped me retrieve my face book password among a few photos from my other phone. He was very patient with me! I appreciate his hard work!
Walk into store and employees are playing video games on their phones. Not helpful at all. Needed to replace a basic phone for my handicapped mother that broke her phone. Had no inventory of phones in stock. Didn’t help me look up my account to see if I was able to get a free replacement. I have been with At&T for thirty years worst in customer service. Employees can go back to playing their video games.
