Before Lashay, I was about to quit AT&T together. Everyone was telling us the wrong thing, we were having to call 611, my phone was completely turned off from service, I was given the wrong trade in value, and it was horrible before her. Lashay was amazing and the only one who seemed to know what they were talking about. My bill better match up every month to an exact amount or I will leave AT&T. I'm more than done.
Staff was friendly and not pushy. No wait time as there were several employees there to help. Building was clean. Whitney was amazing and patient while helping us. I would recommend her to anyone! Professional, helpful, patient, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable! 5⭐️!
Absolutely awesome service. I frequent the store for assistance and purchases. Recently, Alexa helped us to purchase an Air Internet receiver. Then, without delay, she arrived at our home ON HER OFF-DAY to install the item. The manager and the entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely helpful.
