Me and *****************, booked a load from SC-OH for $1400. He sent me the load for $1,200.. after he called me 4-5times begging me for my truck. I signed the load not seeing the $1200 after i saw it my driver left with the load, I was thinking it will be an easy fix, but no he ghosted me for a week, and then let me know that he said $1200 not $1400 which is an absolute lie! I Highly Recommend ATS Transportation Services! ***** is EXCELLENT at finding great drivers to transport a vehicle. I had my Jeep shipped from *******, ******* area all the way to Northeast ************. My Jeep left on a Thursday afternoon and I got it on Sunday evening... Just Wow!!! ATS was recommended to me by another carrier that I had contacted to move my car. On 6/30/20 I talked to ***** and he was great. His prices were reasonable along with other brokers. I told him that I had been strung along by another broker and it was crunch time (car should have been moved on 6/25) to move my car from CA to MI. Absolute worst experience I've ever had...when I was paying. This outfit was contracted by our moving company to move 3 vehicles, a boat, a pickup and a car. This company subcontracted each vehicle to another company. None showed up on time to pick any of the vehicles up. None delivered within their stated timelines. All were late. We could never get a decent eta. The last vehicle was just delivered, a day after it was scheduled and 830 at night. My experience with ATS what not bad. It was not fantastic but it was not bad considering what other car transport brokers are charging his is very reasonable. Yes it takes longer than a direct rout transport but if you want that service you will have to fork out the money to get it. If you are not is a big rush to get your car transported then it works great. Just keep in mind you need to tack on an extra week to the estimate that ***** gives you and keep in mind any holidays during the run (ie 4th of July) will cause furthe... read more
