Lady who answered the phone was extremely ignorant. Telling me I have to spend $99 just for a diagnosis, where as AAMCO provides this service for free.

What can I say... if you break down in Altoona, PA, call ATS. I was broken down on the highway just outside of Altoona. The rollback wrecker came and scooped me and my family (with the help of some awesome state trooper) and took us to the nearest ford dealership. Once I explained my situation, that dealership said they wouldn't even diagnose it for 2 days. I called around and nobody could see me for a couple days (I get the economy we are in).
