Jonathan has not returned calls or texts and we have now replaced his service with a highly recommended Pond Service Co. Very surprised by their lack of communication after using them for about 8 year's.
They don't pay their bills and lack any form of communication
ATS Pond Maintenance is a great team who take good care of our backyard pond, and answer all of our questions. They do spring start up and cleaning, winter shut down and provide fish friendly pond chemicals. Easy to deal with, and on time.
I am terribly disappointed with the lack of return communication of ATS! I have called and emailed numerous times and have had zero response after his initial visit to assess our pond. I believe it is because it is a small job and he doesn't have the time. If that was the case, a simple "no thank you" would have been fine. If you do not accept his full treatment plan for your pond, he seems to brush you off.
