Tony and Chris saved the day! The blower motor on my Carrier Infinity HVAC system went out right before a cold spell and we were going to be without heat when the temperature dropped into the teens. But Tony worked closely with me, first on the phone to troubleshoot and talk through some options, and then for an initial diagnostic visit.
