Very very poor customer service . The lady I spoke to does not even know how to talk to customers. First of all she was being rude to me then she started yelling . When asked to connect me to her manager , she said they are all gone. People deserve a better customer service . I have recording of the conversation , if needed it will be provided.
Terrible company Drivers that will pull out suddenly from the Ats lot. They don't stop and check traffic first. Just go as soon as they get to the road. Doesnt matter about pedestrians, vehicles or even thier fellow drivers. You see them driving about the city as well. Lane changes with no signals, turning with no signal All around UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVERS.
I watched one of the ATS drivers bully a disabled person who was trying to be dropped off at the front door of a doctors office. You have other companies to choose from, I recommend that you do so.
