I had an item that was supposed to be delivered on the 4th, today it was finally delivered (today is the 12th). Took some phoning in to see what was up. It wasn't an important parcel so the delay did not really affect me. The delivery driver on the other hand was super nice and seemed happy. I only took a star off because of the delay. This is my first time using them so I will update next time as well.
Rude delivery driver! Ordered us to open the cooler ourselves to remove our package which we don't know how that medical cooler works. And keep asking why we weren't there when he delivered the other day.
Love these guys and gals for delivery and service. I appreciate you people 👍👍
We’ve had numerous shipments in the past with exceptional service but the last 2 deliveries have shown sitting in the warehouse for over a week and the most recent shipment has still not been delivered after arriving in the warehouse 8 days ago. Something bad has happened here and they’re no longer reliable or recommended.
