Great experience got things right time and safe thank u ats its team
Shocking customer service. I missed a shipment, even though I received no notification that it was out for delivery. I have been asked to call the call centre to arrange delivery. No answer over a 3 day period; voicemails left with no response. Tried emailing this was also ignored. Tried calling head office also no response. If you are going to use telephone as your primary mode of communication, answer your phone!
I had an item that was supposed to be delivered on the 4th, today it was finally delivered (today is the 12th). Took some phoning in to see what was up. It wasn't an important parcel so the delay did not really affect me. The delivery driver on the other hand was super nice and seemed happy. I only took a star off because of the delay. This is my first time using them so I will update next time as well.
