ATS misses delivery dates more than they make them. Very inconvenient and frustrating trying to guess when they might come.
This idiot driver literally blocked the front doors of our business. Not even bringing us a delivery bringing a delivery to the wholesale club. I approached the guy and he just proceeded to walk away. Less than 3 feet from front of building parked on a sidewalk on top of it. What sort of guys does this company have working for them.
I have had issues with 100% of the deliveries (or should I say lack of delivery) from ATS over the past two months in Calgary. They have claimed to "attempt delivery" and tried calling each time which have been flat out lies. There have been no missed calls on my phone, and I work from home and have not received any knocks at my door. Each time, the delivery attempts were to the wrong unit (but that still does not explain why I have never received a delivery confirmation phone call).
