AMAZING service from Jack .... after wowing I would never use ATS after a disgustingly disappointing interaction with the Trowbridge branch .... it was a wonderful experience to deal with Chippenham... my tyres for my 3008 Michelin 19" were ordered timeously fitted and made sure alignment and balancing sorted ....Jack even went beyond outstanding customer care and said if I'm not happy with anything to come back and he will definitely check and if he is able will sort .... These guys always do a great job! They've really gone the extra mile on multiple occasions to source the very specific performance tyres I've been looking for. I'm always happy to recommend this place.
ATS approach to listening, understanding coupled with their excellent service is second to none, as well as above and beyond. They kindly gave both myself & partner a Armed Forces Veteran concession in respect of the price. Fab guys, fab team & fab service. I cannot, therefore, recommend ATS of Chippenham high enough praise.
