My car stalled out , heard good things about this place. Pulled it from Sioux Falls to his shop specifically. Come to find out, not only did he just scan my car but charged 130 dollars to diagnose. Says he “drove” it around and claimed it was just fine. After beating around the bush he said it’d be 900 to fix what he thought was the issue, was not eager at all to do it, almost if it was hassling for him. Very disappointing.
I called and spoke to a gentleman I believe named Eric. I told him my car was making a sound I thought the wheel bearing may need replacing. While it’s there I asked if they could change the oil and rotate the tires as well. The man said no problem, it should be done by noon on Friday. I dropped my car off Thursday evening and waited for a call. No call came so I called to check on it at 2:30pm and was told it would be done at 3:30pm.
