Terrible customer service. Internet is in and out often and I am paying for a premium plan. I wish there was another option.
Been waiting four days to get my internet set up — on day four after waiting all day cancelling several appointments to be home for the technician - the guy on the phone couldn’t speak good english and cancelled my 5- 6 pm appointment — after sitting around waiting when I had somewhere to be ! Just left me waiting - for a technician all day who didn’t show — wasted ten and half hours of my time — when I could have been doing things! And prior engagements! Not impressed!
