This place is totally unprofessional treat people like second hand citizens.they make fun of clients in their faces.have leverage against people speaking up due to free medicine .even us addicts dont deserve this treatment.
I transferred here from *****. From day 1, I've been treated like an adult and not like an untrustworthy child. I love my counselor. I hate to use a cliche but "she gets me". I thank them for all of the help I've received but the main reason I've made it this far is because of God.
Iv been there for almost 11 yrs. Iv seen alot of councolers come and go. In the the begging when birdie was there it was a safe place that felt like a family. But now the councilors there r very unperfessional they sit n the office & sare info abt the clients were the clients can hear every bit of it. Its hurtful & it makes the clients feel scsred to share info. Y would we want to tlk to a so-called coyncilor that sits n a office mocking the clients and telling eachother all abt there business.
