Stay away if you need more than an annual physical! The practitioners are great but the admin is awful to the point your care will be affected. Every two months I spend hours on the phone chasing down a PA or some other admin issue. Currently I’m 3 weeks into trying to get a PA correctly filled out. I’ve had to suddenly discontinue my medication. The PA department supposedly has no phones or phone number and everyone else fully abdicates responsibility. Doctor Achey is very professional, yet friendly. He spends more time in examining me and in discussing the results with me than any other physician that has treated me. Every visit is a collaborative evaluation and plan for me! On scale of 1-5, he and his staff are a 10.
