Artius health. RE: Dr Michael Higgins and his professional staff are on the ball . Corresspondance is easy. Doctors and staff are courtious and professional and On TIME. I very happy with the level of care and commitment they have offered and delivered on.
Atrius has been a very good group to be in. My only wish was that the doctors had lighter caseloads.
Well I have active insurance and I spoke to a lady in a higher office of Atrius and she confirmed my insurance is active. But the secretary at this location kept telling me it isn’t active when something in my file explained that it is. The secretary canceled my appointment, and I called the lady back in atrius from the main offices and she called this center and told them not to cancel my appointment.
