Like others have said, Courtney, the phlebotomist/lab tech, is so gentle, personable and kind; you barely feel a needle going in! She makes getting 'stuck' a totally pleasant experience!
Had the best experience with the phlebotomist Courtney! She is SO sweet and kind, and made the entire process so comforting and easy for someone who hates getting her blood taken.
Dr. Basheer, his staff and nurse are professional and extremely nice. The phlebotomist named Courtney made my process easy, she is professional and extremely nice as well. I am Happy to have this Doctor's office be my primary care location.
