Terrible doctor who is interested in maximizing profits than providing quality care. Dr. Yoon Cho's office intentionally uses obscure billing codes, resulting in exorbitant charges that insurance won't cover. A recent example is my wife's routine blood test, which was billed at an outrageous $250. Despite having insurance, we were shocked to find that the coverage was $0.
