My appointment was summarily cancelled without speaking to me personally.. The issue for the visit was urgent and I had a referral but the office supervisor, Brenda, didn’t give me the courtesy to ask before cancelling these very difficult to obtain appointments. I would not recommend a practice that treats patients in this callous and dismissive manner.

I am extremely mad about how poorly the scheduling system has been handled. My appointment was cancelled three times. For the second and third cancellations, I received no call, message, or email. I only found out the second appointment was cancelled because I called to confirm something. I have waited for several months for this appointment.
