Acted in an unethical way towards me by refusing to help me with a form I needed signed. They also made me feel bad about having chronic pain and illnesses for years. I will never go back here because there was no empathy or compassion shown to me at all

Atrius Health gatekeeps referrals to drive repeat visits. I was seen in March for a mucocele by PA Anh Hong, who couldn't reach a diagnosis. A month later, with the issue unresolved, I reached back out and asked for a referral to a specialist. The practice refused and insisted I come back for another in-person visit first — despite having already been seen and evaluated. This isn't care coordination. It's a billing pattern. Yanuaria and Dr. Morrill are fantastic. The are both good listeners and truly care. It says a lot when you find someone in the medical field that actually listens to what the patient is saying.
