POOR WARRANTY!!!! Does not transfer to second owner of house. Customer service unwilling to assist .
BUYERS BEWARE!!!! This company’s ordering system has no flexibility. They have a nice glass breakage warranty option. We ordered a full house of windows with that option. The lumber company didn't add the option. When this was realized the lumber company attempted to make the correction but Atrium said that once the order hit production that the system would not allow any changes such as being able to add the warranty. They made us (or at least the lumber co.) pay for the windows without the warranty but wouldn't take our mo... read more
AWESOME! Couldn't ask for more! Great products and able to special order items :) The staff is super friendly and know their doors and windows. I even have my contractor order my windows and doors from here :)
