Great place to live but watch out for the HOA they are out to make your life miserable
First of all these are not Apartments. These are homes that are owned by private owners who will rent their home. I am a homeowner here and although the outward appearance is very neat and clean, living here is a headache. The homeowners association has many, many rules which we must follow or we can be fined. Although some rules certainly make sense, many rules are absolutely ridiculous. They do not allow you to park in your driveway overnight. They do not allow you to park on the street.
