Up keep has been better since new ownership but storage rent rates keep going up every couple months when the only thing that gets done is grass being cut once a month and snow plowing there’s not even electric outlets anywhere so the continuous rent increase is starting to get questionable. And there’s not even an entry gate so the only thing securing your items is your own lock on your unit
