It is short of staff and very short of supplies so sort of supplies. It is terrible The food was the worst. Finally got a little better but still not good Only good thing is the floors are clean it really is a terrible place until they start hiring more people and getting better equipment shame on them
Administration needs to stay closer to the day to day operations of the facility, I did not like the care that my family member received. The CNAs were rude and unresponsive and although there is no REAL justification for treating patients in this manner I can understand that some were bitter due to little to work with, being overworked and underappreciated.
