Put someone in charge who cares and instills some pride in running a caring facility. Who owns the 2 Atrium institutions? Pay them according to their responsibilities so they can develop some pride in their work.

My grandfather has been here for a year and gets awful care. He continually has feces on his clothes and bedding. The room is not clean. I wouldn’t recommend anyone send their family members here.

This place is not what it's cracked up to be. When we first put our father here all seemed fine ad dandy, seemed like everyone was compassionate. NOTT!!! Over the months my father has not been taking care of lately, food is thrown on plate, he's not happy, always sick lost much weight. The worst of all is they left him in soiled clothing more than once. This is definitely not acceptable. Just dont have the POWER to get him outta there. So sad to see this.

First of all the food is,disgusting and should b condemned by the board of health. Staff in the kitchen need to go to school and learn how to cook and serve food for the patients to eat and enjoy. 2nd...need to hire a good service to clean the 1st floor. The kitchen where the ice is . Is gross. As other ones on the floor is the same. Patients who cant take care of themselves are ignored and not being fed left in wheelchairs bent over sleeping instead of having a meal. It needs a complete make over immediately by the people i... read more

The therapy department is excellent. They truly want the best for you. The food here is barely edible. Food comes up cold and vry bland. The kitchen crew really needs to be replaced for people who know hpw to cook and take pride. The nursing staff need to improve on answering the call bellsi a timely manner. I for one have waited over 45 mins at times. More team work is needed between nurses and CNA's when it comes to answering the call bells. The activity department is awesome. They really try to make your stay entertainng ... read more
