I am giving this place 1 star for the few nurses and aides that actually take their job seriously and professionally AND have a heart with have compassion. Otherwise, I would not recommend it. The administration has no control. They are short staffed. There is no organization. You do not get any improvements. You can talk to people and have meetings, but nothing will change. If you put a loved here, be prepared to visit them everyday to make sure they are getting even 50% of the care they should be.

Understaffed. Rude. Insensitive. One worker was abusive towards my father, throwing a remote on his chest. Help calls went unanswered for upwards to an hour while My father sat in his own urine. Filthy dirty rooms. No attention given towards dietary and medical needs, my father was malnourished during his stay, his type 2 diabetes was ignored. JUNE 2017: IT IS AN EXCELLENT FACILITY WITH WARM LOVING STAFF, EXCELLENT NURSING CARE AND GREAT REHAB!! ONE OF THE BEST!!! IT IS ALSO CLEAN WITH NO SMELL!!!
