Please make sure to check on your family while here, ask questions. 9 days without a shower is beyond ridiculous no excuse should ever be given but 1 male CNA stated while looking up from his cell phone as I interrupted his tiktoc video, they are refusing them??z are you a CNA or stupid??? Do not let any of your loved ones stay here! UNLESS you plan on being there in the morning and at night to take care of their daily routines because they will not. They will let your person stay there in their room, alone, doing nothing all day except for the "peek in" visits every few hours for maybe a minute. They also left medications unattended in the client's room for any person to come in and take and then the nurse argued with me that I was wrong. I was moved here after a stay in a hospital and the staff was great to me. The nursingstaff was excellent

Terrible place to put a loved one. My mother was moved here for rehabilitation from the hospital. After only one week of being here, my mother had a bed sore. I moved her promptly out on day 9 because the conditions were so bad there. Staff would leave her without a call light on the bed pan for over 40 minutes and frequently would leave her otherwise without any call light for hours.
