My father has been here for 2 years, care is mediocre as they are understaffed. Many of the staff do try to provide good care, but as with any facility there is quality staff and people who shouldn’t work in this field. Just a few recommendations to those who have family in a Nursing home…..including this one. * You are their advocate! Do not let them talk you into making your family member a DNR regardless of what they tell you or promise you that their care will not change…. It’s a lie. My Sisterin law lived there for 6 years and enjoyed it very much. She was well taken care of in her last days and treated with dignity. Thank You very much!

This place is extremely unprofessional and disgraceful. None of the staff is on the same page with the progress or status of a patient. They use the excuse that they're short staffed for not having "time" to bathe the patients on a regular basis but they have at least 7 "nurses" having a conversation at the front desk while residents alarms are going off- and no it was NOT shift change. Please make sure to check on your family while here, ask questions. 9 days without a shower is beyond ridiculous no excuse should ever be given but 1 male CNA stated while looking up from his cell phone as I interrupted his tiktoc video, they are refusing them??z are you a CNA or stupid???
