Came here for years. It was family owned. They were lovely, and helpful. Was recently sold to new ownership. They have no set hours, and are randomly closed 3-4 days a week without notice or signs. The new “pharmacist” is a major red flag. He seems up to his eyeballs in whatever is behind the counter. Can barely talk, or make full sentences. Cash only, told me GoodRx codes I used for years are invalid. Charged me $120 cash with no receipt for the prescriptions I’ve paid 76$ for and will again once I switch pharmacies. Sad to... read more
I’ve been going to this Pharmacy for years. I have two adult children with severe autism and they just closed down no notice or opportunity to pick up refill or notice to find a new pharmacy. Someone said they sold & never opened. I never got the refills for the boys prescriptions at Atrium Pharmacy. They did not call me or give me a chance to get a refill now I’m stuck with no medication! Some of the meds are for epilepsy. It’s a disgrace. This place is a disaster. They are NEVER open!! They don’t even abide by their own time that they have posted outside their own door! No one EVER answers the phone! It look run down shelves are empty like it some post apocalypse movie in there. Absolutely disgraceful.
The customer service experience I received was impeccable, efficient and the staff members are kind.
