I went to the ER in the middle of the night feeling the worst I have ever felt in my life. Unknowingly I had a fatal amount of potassium in my blood causing palpitations (around 55-70bpm), and not to mention Seizures. I didn't really know what was going on I felt really bad, my blood pressure was high and my head was killing me. They lowered my blood pressure with a pill, scanned my head, diagnosed me with anxiety, and sent me on my way in a total of 4-5 hours. I was back in a different hospital the next night.

On hold for 1.5 hour for 2 days trying to get medical sent over to new pediatrician. It has been a month since records were requested via portal, asked to be sent over physically and even used portal to see if I can email it to myself and print. NO MEDICAL RECORDS SENT or RECEIVED by anyone. I am days later still waiting on hold so I can come into an office and get copy. HORRIBLE experience.

Had surgery w Dr Adkins and everyone was very kind and helpful. Best people around! From my admittance in the ER to the release 3 days later, I was impressed with the truly professional people. We're very lucky to have them here for us.

This place deserves no stars. The ER people who check you in are SO RUDE they don't care if you stay or go. Took my mom to the ER last night with chest pains and they told her she was going to the respiratory unit. She didn't want to go there because last time she sat from 6 pm to 11 am with no food, water or help to the bathroom. She ended up using her bed as a toilet because no one would come. went to see dr seitzman for pain issues i have arthritis of my spin and spinal stenosis. he was very nice and explained procedure well. ni was given injections in my spine. i was called hours later asking if my pain had improved. I responded that no i was still in pain same levels. i aske if he could call in an order for a pain med stronger than ibuprophine and was told he doesn't write for pain meds. I will never go there again

Review of Pineville Emergency Clinic I've been seen at this facility five times. My history with them has been excellent. Three days ago a friend staying with us from CA needed emergency care for kidney stones. The result was poor in nearly all categories. Something has changed for worse; perhaps ownership and reduction of staff. The check-in info doesn't carry through and is required twice even though the patient is in pain. MG (RN) at admitting emergency desk is not nice. She appears to not want to have any customers because she spoke with me quite ugly upon asking her a question about my mother who had been rushed to ER via an ambulance. I had to contact another department in the hospital to be able to communicate my concern for my mother. The doctor and nurses in the ER were wonderful.
