Everyone here at this facility has been kind,professional, and done an outstanding job. My mother has had the very best of care from them. Highly recommend.
All of the nurses doctors and the entire staff here have gone above and beyond to take the best care of my Mamaw possible. I am at ease with her being here because I know they are taking great care of her! The staff is very sweet, kind and professional!
Avoid this hospital at all costs! They ignore alarms, call lights, let IV pumps beep for hours. They also didn’t catch that my mother was going septic until I alerted them and insisted that they intervene; by that time she had almost died. They also don’t have an ICU or doctors there at night. I had my mom sent back to Denton Regional and then to Select Specialty Hospital. It was night and day.
Toured the facility for my grandmother and was quite impressed with the administrative staff and overall patient centered atmosphere of the hospital.
