Very clean room, super friendly service. The proprietor actually called us to let us know that we left a phone charger in the room
This was by far the cleanest side of the road motel I have ever been to. No joke.
The customer service and shuttle bus transfer service from and to the airport is horrendous. The bus arrived over an hour late even though we called many times and they kept telling us that the bus had shown up or that it will be coming in 20 minutes-which it never did. Once we got to the hotel, the hotel customer service agent did not even greet us a “good evening” or “How can I help you?” or even looked at us. Had 2 different rooms over the course of 3 weeks. Both were perfect with clean rooms, cold air conditioning, hot showers, and the front desk supplied whatever you needed with just a phone call. I would totally stay here again for weeks on end if needed. Special shout out to Dave at the front desk.
My room smelled like farts. Everything else was good though
