Very friendly, explains all your questions. Pleasant atmosphere
When asked to move my appointment time sooner at 12:30 I agreed, showed up an hour 15 minutes before my original appointment I and still had to wait until 1:45 to even be seen. The reason was ‘everyone just decided to show up at once’. Is this not the purpose of setting appointments? To prevent an influx of patients waiting to be seen for absurd wait times ?
