I switched here after going to Caromont for years. I was tired of the long waits with them, and while the doctors were good, they were overbooked most of the time and the reception desk and medical assistants just weren't very friendly. Going to Atrium One Health OBGYN was literally a breath of fresh air. I have seen Kristie and Dr. Miles and can't recommend them enough. Horrible experiences with both high risk pregnancies. I felt like nothing but a number there and highly overlooked. First pregnancy with severe cholestastis of the liver and second pregnancy with severe polyhydramnios and both times I kept telling them this cannot be normal… both times I was told over and over again my symptoms were “normal” until it was too late and my body was in overdrive. Dr. Singer is the absolute best! Makes appointments like these as comfortable as possible, I cannot say enough good things about her. The front desk staff is so friendly, the nurse I was with getting ready was great, the waiting room is clean and comfortable, everything was so good! Thankful for this team!
