The fact that I as a parent and not allowed to have the records of my son , who is a minor (under the age of 18 over 13) is CRAzY! I just moved here, And finding out the level of difficulty they make it to get his records is asinine! It is really sad that I like everything about this facility with the exception of this. But This will be the reason I do not use them going further. I am entitled to everything about my son because he is a minor.
