Always enjoy my visits with Dr Adams. She’s always upbeat, very helpful and never makes me feel rushed.
My overall experience has been great. I know I am supported by this team and especially Dr Adams. The only reason I did not rate as 5 stars this visit was due to not being updated on the status of my medication authorization. I had to call after not hearing any updates for a couple of weeks when the team thought I could see their messages to each other during that process.
I wish that i could give 0 stars , where do i begin . They will '' check your insurance '' schedule your appointments bring your hope all the way up to the sky and when you finally make it to your first appointment drop you on hard rock by saying something completely different , there's no other words that could describe how i felt other than DISCRIMINATED !!!
