EXCELLENT experience!! Dr. Alyateem has an excellent bedside manner. Explained everything perfectly. The entire staff, from check in to scheduling and check out, has been warm and welcoming. We were in and out within an hour with all questions answered and surgery scheduled. 100% recommend. I honestly cannot say enough about how fantastic this office is!
George Alyateem, MD may be a good surgeon but is terrible at keeping appointments. My wife had an appointment this morning after surgery 2 weeks ago at 9:30am. She even received a text message asking her to arrive 15 minutes early which we did. After waiting for over ONE HOUR he finally shows up with absolutely no explanation or apologies whatsoever!! These doctors have a policy that if YOU DON'T KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT you will be charged $100. I wonder what he's going to do when he receives my bill for $100 for NOT KEEPING H... read more
I never thought I would get to write a review based on my horrible, terrifying experiences here today. First off, the nurse ladies in the front were great with their communication and very nice and pleasant. The nurse who took me to the back was horrible! She had a very unkind attitude and a messy face. I even apologised that she had to look at my buttocks. I felt bad. Purposely, I went in today for my pocket packing to be demonstrated so I can continue packing it until my following week's appointment with the surgeon, but u... read more
