My Husband has been a patient at Shapiro Eyecare tfor many years and I'm a patient and so his my Daughter too. His glasses were lost at a Medical Facility near by. I came to pick up a prescription at the elm st that was called in and I was told when I arrived that it was against Hippo laws for me to pick up his prescription. I asked to speak with a Manager and She said the same thing about the Hippo laws.
