I had a procedure 6/15/2026 with Dr. Li. I received a f/u call from the nurse the day after where I expressed pain. I called 2 days later to express that the pain had not subsided even after they prescribed a medication. No follow up call. In the next several days to follow I had 2 ER visits and 1 UC visits. I have went there for many years , and always thought Mary Sherin was the best! I do recommend her a lot.
It's tiny but mighty. The level of customer care is unbelievable. It's a small office area but the level of service and care is so much more than it appears to be. I thankful for the staff and doctors. This was my second colonoscopy and in 10 years I will definitely go back there. Upon arrival I had a horrible headache due to the prep work. The nurses were so understanding. They promised when I woke up that headache would be gone and sure enough, I felt 110% better. Excellent care from front desk to clinical staff. They are organized and efficient. Jamie was so kind and put me at ease before the procedure. Dr. Le and Dakota were so professional, kind and made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable setting. I arrived very early for my procedure and they got me in and out quickly. Thank you!
Great doctor however, be aware the estimates they give you before a procedure is done is nowhere close to the actual amount owed. Why even give an estimate for out of pocket expenses before a procedure, if you’re going to tack on an additional $1300 after it is done. Will not return for any additional services after my last experience.
