All the staff especially Dr Shepherd went above and beyond to make my visit very enjoyable and showed so much compassion with my concerns about my health needs.
Dr. Riggan and his staff are truly excellent. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Riggan is a wonderful doctor. He explained everything in a way I could understand. He has a laid-back manner that immediately put me at ease. My experience with AHWFB Orthopedics in Lexington was in every way a positive one.
Dr. Riggan & his staff are the most knowledgeable, kind, professional, caring, understanding & the best!! The facility is very clean & accessible!! My main concern was my surgery which I’m not going to lie, I was scared. After meeting with Dr. Riggan, I knew I had met the Doctor to do my surgery!! It was all for nothing the worrying!! I’ve had my surgery & knew I did the right thing for my future.
I was able to get a next-day appointment for knee and hip pain. There was no waiting and the provider was attentive and patient with my questions. I was quite satisfied with my experience
