Treated poorly, understaffed, rude. Drove 30 minutes to get there. Was 30 minutes early for appointment and was denied appointment because they said we were late. We were late because of their lack of staff who were more concerned with socializing than helping folks. Poor instructions for a 1st time visitor on how to get to where we needed to be.
Very comfortable waiting area. My appointment was right on time. Everyone was very nice and listened to your concerns.
