Couldn't recommend them enough! I was so nervous before my (ultrasound) appointment because I have had really painful experiences in the past. My technologist was Marisol, and she is the BEST. She put me totally at ease, was super gentle, and I had zero discomfort. 10/10 🥳
I’d go somewhere else. I unfortunately have had to have several MRI’s due to my medical condition. This has been one of the worst experiences. First they did not notify me that it was a mobile unit in the back outside so on the coldest snowy day, I’m walking outside in barely nothing to get the image done. Then the turn around time has been unacceptable! I was told 10-14 days for the radiologist to review the images and upload the report to MyChart. It’s been 3 weeks to the day and nothing! Horrible radiology turnaround time and Horrible customer service. They say it takes 10-14 days to get results. I’ve had to cancel multiple MD appointments because they are unable to get results to a pt in a timely fashion.
If I wasn't so long winded, I would stop by stating that my appointment was for 2:20pm. I received my imaging and was out of my appointment and back in my car by 2:14pm. Just to be clear, I went to a doctor's office and my appointment was completed BEFORE my scheduled appointment time! But.. I am long winded, so.... I arrived to my appointment about 15-20 minutes early to be polite as I have not been to this office before.
