I previously wrote a review and it was meant for the doctor's office who requested the test. This location provided great service! No appointment needed and they were quick to attend! Overall, great customer service!
Communication needs improvement as I was told the office called and couldn't leave a VM, but office made no other attempts to communicate to provide results for my son. We finally received results after my husband made multiple calls.
the workers are nice ***BUT, i absolutely hate dealing with the billing. i have to constantly hunt down a number to call just to make a payment. they never issue a statement, so it's always mystery time when i have to pay for services. Atrium is the name on the building but they don't bill through Atrium. I've called this place 5 times to get the # to their specific billing dept, and the call won't even go through. i don't like jumping through hoops to pay a god damn bill. this part of the business is terrible and i hate tha... read more
Thanks to my Pulmonologist Dr. Douglas McQuaid for choosing this place for me to have my Scan done.I was so nervous about going but I had a great non stressful experience. There were 2 very sweet and kind ladies that helped me from the start to the end.There names were Elizabeth and Kedeshia.They were so patient with me and made sure I was comfortable in everyday before going into the machine. I would recommend this place to everyone.I left feeling very happy with them. 😊
