The whole experience was bad. Wait time. Service. Communication. I got ripped off. Big time. I'd like a refund for all of the money that I shelled out for needless procedures.
A really great visit . Jim explained everything that I needed to know. My visit was not hurried or formal. I left there feeling informed and positive. Jim is the best. I wish I could find more superlatives to describe my visit. Great, great, great experience.
What a pleasant surprise to be in a medical office where the entire staff as well as the doctor was kind & professional and gave you their full attention. I definitely recommend.
