I do not like this place they're not very good with people and they don't know how to talk to people I just feel like it's a racial issue going on and that's why I will never come back

Terrible after-hours customer service. I called to reach an on-call OBGYN and the lady on the phone said she'll transfer me. Then she had very confusing instructions so when I asked her to repeat what she said, she changed her tone and said "LISTEN TO THE MESSAGE" then she hang up on me and did not even transfer the call. I called again and this time the woman who answered was a bit nicer but she transferred my call to a non working number. I have been transferred 4 times and put on hold the entire time! I spoke to a nurse in the office of General Dermatology, I was talking and the chick cut me off and asked me to hold. I held for several minutes, she claimed she had a patient in front of her then I hung. All of this craziness just happened within the last 10 minutes. I only wanted to ask about my head wrap it to so to give the doctor McMichael a heads up that I will not be taking it completely off in public. Instead I received a game of hot potato instead!
