I made my appointment 6 months ago (I do seasonal work and there was nothing available over the summer). I had it written down that it was at 3:30 (my mistake), so I called this morning to double check, because I never got a confirmation email or text. Turns out the appointment was at 8:30 so I left Winston and headed to Greensboro and told them I’d be a few minutes late. Ended up hitting traffic due to a wreck and got there at 8:50. I saw Dr. Munoz-Ali at AHWFB for a sensitive dermatology need, she is patient & kind. She listened and we were able to start an appropriate treatment plan.
I was on hold for 18 minutes trying to make an appointment for my daughter 8/9/21. Finally gave up & called a dermatologist in Kernersville. Even called back again & on hold for 8 minutes. Never talked to a live human being....
