I wrnt in at 5:05 pm. No one was in waiting room and no cars in parking lot. I was told they were full and to comeback in morning. Told lady I had to work. She said sorry they couldn’t see me. I did a video on phone with a pa. She told me to go back there and drop urine. Went back and was told to go to outpatient at hospital. I was in serious need of service and they just don’t care. Won’t ever ho back.

Long wait for only other patient. Doc said virus, not sinus infection, no antibiotics, offered prednisone! 3 days later fever , more green snot, went to urgent care in Lexington and surprise, sinus infection as suspected. Won't be returning to this location

Yes I had to walk in to make my appointment. This is the whole purpose of a WALK IN CLINIC. so before you whine, read that again! Made the appointment, came back at my APPOINTMENT TIME, in and out within 30 mins. Excellent service on my 1st visit. Don't be so lazy, go make your appointment in person. NO PHONE CALL APPOINTMENTS ALLOWED!

Took my kids because they have been sick constantly and it's hard for them to see their doctor. Told me it was allergies when it's clearly not and checked for strep even though they had no symptoms of strep and never checked for anything else.
