My son recently had surgery to remove his tonsils, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was so kind and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and easy. Every member of the staff, from the nurses to the doctors was incredibly welcoming and caring. Very bad experience here. The receptionist was very grouchy and unapproachable and they almost scared me to death saying I would be responsible for a $33,000 bill for my sons ACL repair surgery if my insurance doesnt cover it. I immediately called my insurance company but a manager I think came out to my car and showed me it was covered. Then on surgical check in there were maybe 15 nurses at the desk staring and chatting amongst ea other making faces as you walk in chatting amongst themselves. My son had his tonsils out today and I was nervous going in due to the 2.8 star rating but we had a great experience from start to finish. Easy check in and short wait time. Nurses before and after the procedure were phenomenal and their friendly disposition put us all at ease. We are so thankful to everyone for taking such good care of our son.
We have been generally satisfied with practice and office staff. The young woman that conducts the hearing screenings is outstanding. The center’s surgical scheduler has been an absolute nightmare. She is inflexible, obstinate, and shows no empathy for patients. If I was not so concerned for my son’s hearing we would be changing practices due to her inhospitable and unhelpful behavior.
Not sure about the negative reviews because this place was amazing! Our 1yo had to have tubes put in and from the time we checked in til the time of discharge, we were all treated so kindly. The receptionist, nurses and doctors all went out of their way to make sure our son was happy and healthy. We couldn’t be more appreciative!
