I was admitted to 3rd floor med surgery and called the nurse manager to tell what a wonderful experience I had during my miserable 4 days. Everyone so helpful and no rude staff
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST hospital to ever go to. Staff is extremely rude, they are majorly incompetent, have no answers for any question you ask, take the most time even when it’s an extremely important emergency situation. I am 100% sure you would die in their care and they would blame you. The hospital is horribly disgusting, they don’t change their gloves, or wash their hands and even their “sterile” items have others blood and bodily fluids on them and they have ROACHES. My wife has stage four heart failure and has been evaluated for the transplant list. She’s waited for over two hours and counting after going in for severe chest pain that has persisted for the past four days. Two other walk-ins have been seen before her presently. Both of which appeared fine while she can barely breathe without her chest tightening. This has to stop at some point. They should be held accountable. Negligence waiting room
If you can avoid going to this ER, please do—especially if you are a person of color. Carmella Frances D’Incognito and her staff are a disgrace to the medical community. The treatment I received was unacceptable from the physician to the nursing staff and security. This hospital is the worst hospital to go to. I have endometriosis & I’ve had it since I was 21. If you are BLACK please do go here unless you can’t breathe. I will be filing a complaint with the board. You don’t treat people like this. Doctor refused to give me my medication all because I was too much in pain to take it in a shot form .
