Had to stop in this office for some testing. The lady who did the test was wonderful and super friendly. Some of the other staff there could use some friendliness courses but not a bad office. They are always quick to get me in.
Staff is cordial. Prompt. Dr Cotoni is very thorough. Would recommend
Everybody very nice, doctor was very good explain things very well
The over all place is genuinely not that bad but I do not understand how they allow people to work there who have zero patience with the patients or even the rest of the staff. I have brought my grandmother here a few times and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with and hear one of the nurses(Brenda) who was extremely rude and uncaring or patient. She spoke so horrible to my grandmother and myself. I have also heard her in the hallways talking horrible of other patients and laughing or over all frustrated with them. ... read more
