Dr Badalyn is great. I trust him completely. A couple of my other doctors, have told me that He is who they would go to if needed. He treated my wife and now me for the last few years. He seemed a bit serious at first but the more I got to know him I found him to be quite friendly. I highly recommend him.

There was confusion with 2 separate prescriptions, Kelly got involved kept me up to date on handling the problem and got both filled.

At a most stressful time facing a possible cancer diagnosis, the staff and especially Dr Badalyan were positive, compassionate, professional and kept me informed as soon as test results were available!! The best team and best Dr Badalyan.

Front desk staff responds very unfriendly to calls. She hung up on me in the middle of our decent conversation and never called back. The way she answered and asked questions gave the impression I was a bore or she really could not be bothered about being at work that day. This was on July 9th 2026 around 10:30 AM. Second encounter with same frontal staff. The first was in-person at clinic; I think she needs customer service communication training and most especially training on how to communicate with the sick and their fam... read more
