At a most stressful time facing a possible cancer diagnosis, the staff and especially Dr Badalyan were positive, compassionate, professional and kept me informed as soon as test results were available!! The best team and best Dr Badalyan.

Front desk staff responds very unfriendly to calls. She hung up on me in the middle of our decent conversation and never called back. The way she answered and asked questions gave the impression I was a bore or she really could not be bothered about being at work that day. This was on July 9th 2026 around 10:30 AM. Second encounter with same frontal staff. The first was in-person at clinic; I think she needs customer service communication training and most especially training on how to communicate with the sick and their fam... read more

Dr. Badalyan is a great physician who cares about and listens to his patients. I’ve known him for years and his attention to detail saved my life 7 years ago.

Did sleep study and saw Dr Badaly many years ago. I’ve had a cpap for 3 or 4 years now but because I didnt follow up annually (which is highly uncessary unless there is a problem) my perscription is voided I’m being told. When I called at the end of March to obtain my perscription to purchase a travel cpap, i was told I had to come back in and the first available appt was May 14. As if that isnt ridiculous enough, then they just cancelled and told me next available is July 13…..its April 5. That is beyond absurd. And unless ... read more
